Eight Wheatbelt projects are set to receive nearly $700,000 through the McGowan Government’s Regional Economic Development (RED) Grants program.  The successful grant recipients were announced 10 April in Northam, by the Minister for Regional Development, Alannah MacTiernan.

With a focus on boosting our regional economy and creating jobs, the Wheatbelt projects will assist small businesses to grow, boost tourism experiences across the Region and create opportunities for skills development.

The Wheatbelt Development Commission is excited to be working with the successful applicants to implement these projects.
