Agriculture and Aquaculture Entrepreneurship Program

Do you have a new idea, invention, technology or practice that you want to investigate overseas or in other parts of Australia and work in the agriculture or aquaculture sector? 

The State Government has announced Round 4 of the Agriculture and Aquaculture Entrepreneurship Program (AAEP), calling for applications from eligible participants with projects that can make a difference in regional WA. 

Up to $20,000 is available to farmers, innovators and other professionals in the agriculture and aquaculture sector. Applications close 5pm on the 28 April 2019.

Foundation for Regional Remote Renewal (FRRR) Strengthening Rural Communities Small & Vital Grants 

Applications for grants up to $10,000 are now open for the Strengthening Rural Communities (SRC) program delivered by the Foundation for Regional Remote Renewal (FRRR). 

The FRRR grants program facilitates continued investment and access to funds that can contribute to securing the future prosperity of small communities across Australia. With many small but vital communities within the Wheatbelt, this fund enables local leaders to implement programs and projects to make their communities stronger. Applications for projects initiated and delivered by local community groups and from communities with fewer than 15,000 people will prioritised. 

Priority and Eligibility - Who can apply?

The SRC – Small & Vital is a rolling grants programs which means applications will be accepted anytime. Submission cut-off dates are 25 June and 24 September 2019.
